Service features
Tanken supports condition setting
Levitation characteristics and suction accuracy change depending on various conditions, including air supply and suction pressure. By measuring the glass outline with a laser displacement sensor, the relationship between the glass deflection and various conditions can be clarified. With our advanced levitation technology, we not only lend out experimental equipment, but also support you in setting the optimal conditions.
Optimize product selection and layout
You can vary the transition and straddle intervals to see the effect.
Glass is available in thicknesses of 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, and 0.7mm. We also accept customers bringing in their own glass.
It is possible to measure vibration and potential while stationary or in transit.
Experimental equipment overview
By simultaneously floating and sucking, the glass substrate is made to conform to the conveying surface, forming a precision flat surface. This prevents the edges of the glass substrate from touching each other in the gaps when transferring or straddling.
In addition, the floating state can be confirmed by a laser displacement sensor.

Consultation from customers
When transporting glass substrates, there was a small transfer gap between devices, causing the edge of the glass substrate to come into contact with the transport surface, making stable transport impossible.
Tanken Services
Non-contact chucking performs floating and suction at the same time. Negative pressure is applied to preload the non-contact chucking to keep the gap between the glass substrate and the non-contact chucking constant, while forming a precision flat surface that follows the conveying surface. This prevents the edge of the glass substrate from touching the transfer gap, allowing for stable conveyance.
Guest Reviews
We were able to transport the actual glass substrates we would be using in the demo equipment and evaluate its performance, which made us feel confident in our purchase.
FAQ
Q.Does it cost anything?
