We have offices in major industrial areas in Japan, with experienced staff stationed there. Our head office and factory are located in Ota Ward, Tokyo, enabling us to rush to our domestic users' aid within 24 hours in the event of an emergency.
A customer-specific technology group
Although we are a seal manufacturer, we have set up a design department dedicated to supporting our customers, and have established a system that allows us to provide everything from mechanical seals appropriate for the customer's operating environment to the technical insights necessary to resolve any issues.
Furthermore, regarding the need for maintenance of mechanical seals used by customers, we have set up a department that disassembles them within one week, even if they are made by another company, and assesses the appropriateness of continued use, thus building a rapid support system in line with the risk management policies of our customers.
