Split-Master

Split Mechanical seal for water treatment pumps
Split Master is a mechanical seal with an outside split structure, and by adopting our original special carbon, it can support non-flushing operation and full water level full speed operation (preceding standby operation).

Applicable equipment

It can be used as a non-flushing shaft sealing device for various water treatment pumps such as vertical mixed flow pump, vertical volute type mixed flow pump, and horizontal between bearing (over-hung) type pump.

Merit

Improved embedding

Incorporation was the weak point of the conventional outside split seal. Split Master has greatly improved the ease of incorporation and exchangeability of the seal by our original Split technology.

No need to disassemble the pump when replacing the seal

Consumables such as Sliding material and "O" rings have been cut. It is a mechanical seal with a split structure, which is indispensable as a shaft seal device for vertical pumps and large diameter pumps.The bearing mount and large motor above the seal can be replaced as they are.

Can be driven in the air

We have adopted special carbon made by our original technology, which is a carbon manufacturer. Since there is little friction and heat generation is small, it corresponds to all water level full speed operation (preceding standby operation).

Non-flushing operation possible

Non-flushing operation is possible by adopting special carbon slurry resistance, low heat generation and static structure.Flushing piping and associated electrical and wiring equipment can be omitted, contributing to simplification of the airport.The cost of water injection and the management burden associated with maintaining water injection are reduced.The pump can be operated even in the event of an unforeseen situation such as a water outage.
