1. Please give a concrete answer about your current job.

I am mainly in charge of selling mechanical seals for centrifugal pumps and stirrers.Customers range from equipment manufacturers to users, but I am in charge of about 20 companies.
We visit customers to hear about the status of their products, arrange parts, and handle repairs.Although I am a sales position, I also actively conduct on-site surveys in case of trouble. Mechanical seal is a product for which such after-sales follow-up is very important.In the case of a new project, we will propose products, make quotations, etc., and after receiving an order, we will adjust the delivery date.

2. Please give a word to everyone who is looking for a job.

I don't think our products are widely recognized in the world. However, they are unsung heroes who support things that are casually used in daily life.
Those who want to be powerful people who support the world. Let's work together.

3. When do you find it rewarding at work?

I find it rewarding when I deliver the ordered product and satisfy the customer, or when I can solve the customer's problems especially on site.

4. How is the atmosphere of TANKEN SEAL SEIKO's workplace?

At first, I was assigned to the technical department. When I was transferred to the sales office, I was worried that I couldn't understand many things even though I was in the same company, but my seniors who I could rely on followed me.
In addition, as a contact point for customers, it is sometimes necessary for sales to respond to difficult requests, and cooperation with other departments is important.According to Tanken's motto, "Customer Safety continuous operation support service," each and every one of us is conscious of being close to our customers and responding to their requests, so it is a very good environment where we can easily ask questions and consult.

5. What are your future goals and what you want to do?

In addition to product performance, we would like to further expand our services so that customers can say, "When you have a problem, it's a tanken." For that purpose, I would like to deepen my knowledge of machines and improve my skills such as customer service and negotiation skills.
